We interviewed a handful of realtors and we were concerned at first since Crissy didn't have as many years of experience that many of her competitors had in the Charleston market. Let me say, she more than made up for the experience with her knowledge of the selling process (including setting the price, all paperwork, inspections, photo/video, staging, etc). In fact, average days on the market for our price/size house was ~120 days and we had a contract in ~30 days!! I have several friends moving to the Charleston market in the coming years and they will all be dealing with Crissy. We can wait to close on our new house we are building...with help from Crissy!
